It is Aston Martin "California Sage", the colour code is ICI 2629. It is a colour Aston Martin used on their project DP214 for Le Mans in the 60's

That second frame was rusty, but at least it was honest, and the result looks great.

UPDATE!!!!!

It's going slow because i've had some bad luck which put me back a while. It started by finding out the frame had warped with welding so I've had to send it to a man in scotland who owns the original factory frame jig to pull everything back in line.
On arrival of the frame, it turned out fed ex had damaged it and it needed body and paintwork. Anyways the Frame man did an amazing job in no time, and now the final build has started. the bike is now at a friend of mine (fellow forum member) who kindly is doing all the rocket science bits for me, like the forks and the wiring. as like i said I have no vespa experience what so ever.
