Imola version??

Hi can anybody tell me what version imola this is as need to order some gaskets for when it arrives, ive never had an imola before so do not know what the differences are :oops:
it is the only picture i have at the moment

hi its the first one they are a very good bit of kit, just make sure it is set up right you are best off matching the engine case to the kit it will fly make sure the barrel has all its plate in place if it is second hand i run mine with a 30mm carb good set up

hi steve pop into chalkys he will know as did all my imola work its an excellent kit but does depend on what you want from it and matching components

Looks like the 1st version. Is the base gasket face built up for a crankcase boost port?

very good kits,,,,, and you dont have to match the cases, they were designd to just bolt on, dont fall pray to one of the biggest myths in scootering,,,,,,,,,,,, rite im outa here before all the experts start,,, :lol:

I haven't matched mine it's like a mini waterfall into the barrel.....still shifts mind :fb:

hi thanks for the replies the kit has arrived and i think you are all right that it is a v1 cylinder but heres some pictures just to make sure, now has anyone out there got a reedvalve kit to fit this and a gudeon pin

that cylinder is a mk2 as it has the extra bit near the inlet side on the gasket face. i might have both a pin and reed valve as i converted to a v force reed set up . will let you know. cheers simon
