I am just about to start jetting mine as well (mugello 186/TM24/scootrs pipe)
I asked the question on "the other forum" and was given the following starting point from 'corrado'.
20 Pilot
175 Main
needle on middle clip
This should be too rich so you can start to come down from there.

Why do my toys get more expensive the older I get?

thing is, the carb came with a set of main jets from 80 to 125 ... so a bit confused with the 175 thing... looks like the one in the carb is a 150....

best check with Martin then, let me know if you need his number and I will PM you with it, or just wait as he will more than likely be on here later.

David,
I leave the jets in that come from the factory but if you've got 80 - 125 main jets then I must have sent the wrong sizes by mistake. Generally the main will be somewhere in the 170 - 190 bracket. I'll stick some more in the post in the morning.
Cheers,
Martin.

Be sure to post your jetting on here to help anyone else out running this setup
