exhaust port timings

Specsavers and WH Smith first. New glasses and ruler.

May need a base packing plate BUT depends where the piston sits at TDC.

if i'd used a thick enough base packer i would have had 5.5mm squish

i could have machined the top of the barrel, but then i would have had something like

exhaust 190
transfer 140
inlet 130


might not have run too well
