PHBL carbs

Hi all,anybody used the PHBL 22mm,or the PHBL 26mm on their Stage 4 200cc Lambrettas?,if so,any base setting info greatly appreciated,thanks in advance....Kev

I don't think the PHBL 22 is a popular carb. I have heard they are quite difficult to set up. Maybe that's why.

PHBL25mm seems to be the most common choice.
i ran one on a stage 4 with RS clubman ,thru a drilled airbox, with the swan neck cut out for better air flow.
Think jetting was AQ266 atomiser,D22 needle , main jet was around the 95/105 area.
Pilot 48.
dont be suprised on how small the main can be.

I ran my sil 200 on a PHBL 25 with 102 main, 48 pilot and 40 slide.
