Got a AS 266 atomiser drilled out to 267 by Harry Barlow, problem is its an AS and not the shorter AV was thinking of turning it down to the same length as the AV, anyone tried this? Or is there more to it like an internal taper ?

As you have already said it been bored /drilled/reamed out by Harry Barlow ,so why would it be tapered, the difference between an AV and an AS atomiser is the height and can be altered easily
