25 phbl advice

Mates got a gp topend bored out to 180cc with JL3 and delly 25 phbl. Any help with jetting advice would be very welcome.
A mate of mine has a similar set up running the following settings;
MJ 98, P 51, Atomiser AQ266, Needle D22 2nd clip, Slide 40, Float jet 200.
this was set up on the dyno and runs very well.
