D22 needle

Got a 190 Suzuki with a 25 phbl, at 264 needle jet and a d22 needle, got a weak spot at the very start of the needle range, can anyone suggest a replacement for a d22 but with a thinner tip to the needle?

ive got a 190 that ive just got running, i was recomended a d29 needle and aq270 atomiser , its running too rich at the moment though, whats your main jet and idle jet, mines the phbl 25.
