Just put together a Suzuki 190 top end and it's nipped up around 1/4 throttle. only done 1/4 mile as well.
set up is
Sh20
Slide 5914-1
Atomiser 5899/2
Main 112
Pilot 50
Starter 50
Open mouth
Indian 12 volt
48 clubman
I think the pilot may be too weak plus maybe a different atomiser? Any suggestions appreciated.

or its a really poor piston that has a coefficient of expansion which is all over the place.

Timing is 17, so I think I'm okay there. I didn't get a chance to get a plug test before it nipped up. I want to get some plug tests done before I take the barrel off if possible. I don't have much in the way of pilots and atomisers so I'll have to get some before I try.
I'd like to get the correct atomiser for a richer bottom end and a richer pilot because it seemed to be about quarter throttle when it nipped.

Have you tried running with choke on?

Just to confirm the majority as piston bore. Jetting over 1/4 can't have been that bad.
