Wanting to try one again on my 225 Mugello. Holed piston last time leaning it off too much with 5N13 needle. Since fitted Atomic reed valve with TS1 piston, ADS3 exhaust, running well with TMX27 at the minute. I really should leave it alone, but we rarely do the sensible thing. Want to get it right on this kit before carrying on with 250 Rapido LTH/Atomic reed build.
SLJ and Honeymonster spring to mind as they've both previously posted early settings but haven't updated them in over a year.

Like you, put mine back in the box for now, cut hole in the side panel and fitted an LTH Stage 6 reed valve with a PWK copy 28 power jet with a gauze filter taped to the side panel, with very nice results. Have the idea that the fuel delivery on the TM to the float chamber is lacking due to the delivery pipe run and possibly needs a fuel pump to aid fuel delivery, room for experimentation me thinks.
