Hi
Havi g set up problems with my carb on a tv175, auto ancillotti pipe, pilot jet is 42 and is boggy, atomiser is an aq268 d29 needle on richest setting, weak, main is 107, boggy. Doesn't seem to be any consistency, pilot jet is smaller than most yet rich, mid range weak despite richest setting going, have just put a new standard air filter, which I presume is why what was a safe setup is now weak in the mid, any advice please

Btw it's breathing through a standard gp air scoop and the air box has had it's baffle removed, not seeing any signs of air leaks anywhere but as I say really boggy just off tickover with a 42 pilot jet

The spec I had given to me for a 25 was d29 on 2nd and aq268 with 48 pilot and 95-98 main. Your main looks big.

You might try a 266 atomiser. I have had better success with those - especially w/a D29.
