Has anyone any idea why the hook from the carburettor slide keeps jumping out of the hole it is supposed to fit into on the throttle cable linkeage. I have taken the carburettor out and cleaned it but since re-fitting it I cannot get the hook to stay in place. Is this a known problem?. Any ideas how to sort it please.

Thanks

A slight bend of the hook part will stop it popping out. When finished just make sure the slide closes fully.

The linkage is easy to bend when taking the carb out - check that
