Malossi 166 overbore

I’ve been given two Malossi 166 barrels one is standard size and lost a circlip leaving a slight groove down the side of the barrel and it’s just too deep to bore out for the maximum size Malossi piston, the other is on the maximum oversize and smashed a piston and after honing is also too big for a standard piston. My plan is to bore them out to 63mm and use a polini piston. Other than the obvious crown height differential is there any issue in going down this route?
