Friend has a Malossi 166 on an LML reed valve -casing with an Si26/26 carb and Sip Road 2.0
Goes very well and properly run in but is having problems getting a good plug colour. It’s coffee with lost of Mill but he can’t get it any darker. Colour remains consistent running a 125, 135 or even a 140 main jet. Already checken head or base leaks, flywheel seal looks dry, gearbox oil has No petrol in it nor is it being used up. Puts like a very angry kitten and revs out smoothly...
Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"

Sounds like the fuel feed hole between the float bowl and the jet stack has reached its limit, has it been drilled to 2.5mm?
