on my lambretta with a rotax 290 lc cylinder I used a gilera runner 125/180 radiator, it was the biggest radiator I could fit inside a legshield toolbox, I cut 2 two holes on the front of the legshields and a hole in the toolbox door and added some stainless mesh, works very well, but was tight to installImage32631004_1286556971479317_5126740777191342080_n by stephen holt, on FlickrImageUntitled by stephen holt, on Flickr

In the past I've used radiators that are made for go karts. They are normally small, well made and have universal mounting/fixings. And they are sized but engine cc.

ebay is a good start too.

I just took my legshields to our local bike breakers and tried a few until I found what I wanted, I added a filler neck to the top and use a cap with a temp gauge, I have also added a small expansion bottle now as well.ImageUntitled by stephen holt, on Flickr
