I'm running an LML gearbox (p200 cogs, with 68 tooth primary) and a 22 tooth drive sprocket at the moment with a long stroke polini 187, 24 carb, sip road.
Lots of torque and it will easily pull another tooth on the clutch sprocket. Going 23/65 would depend on your weight and wether you ride two up or not.
Maybe p200 gears with a short fourth and 23/65 would be the way to go?

I run a BGM 177 on LML reed cases, nothing special in terms of tuning with. BGM Touring exhaust and it runs 23/68 without issue. Loads of torque and smooth crusing.

This is what my Parmakit 190 runs. It'll pull it, with ease, two up, with either a box pipe or an expansion.
