Or if you prefer you may call it a “Get Me Back Home Kit”...

What should be in such a kit for the P200e, for example?

I have seen cable insides mentioned -

Two gear shift cables
One clutch cable
One throttle cable
One front brake cable
One back brake cable

Light bulbs -

Headlight
Tail/Brake light
Turn signal lights

Spark plug

Anything else?

I have not seen the cable end clamps (by whatever name) mentioned, but seems a few in each size would make sense.

2 x spark plugs as you never know if the first spare is a dud.

Cable nipples - yes

Spare wheel nuts and washers.

Spare inner tube.

Duck tape and some tie wraps / zip ties.

A few crimp on electrical connectors and insulating tape.

WD40 to spray round the CDI if you live in a wet climate.

Spare CDI for when you run out of WD40.

Spare oil drain / filler plug screws.
