Hi Guys got a standard px electric start engine and a shed full of bits so I am thinking of fitting a dr177 kit taking the ring off the flywheel and fitting a 24mm carb with the polini Venturi 22 tooth clutch gear and a sip road 2 exhaust, what would I expect performance wise.

DR 177 is a very good kit.
If you have a P200 crank you add a 5mm base plate to the cylinder.
Cut a bit the crank and open the inlet, work on the piston.

The DR cylinder can be really optimised.

Polini 177 Cylinder head is more adapted than the crap DR's one.
Clutch with xl springs

I wouldn't use a 22 tooth clutch withe 68 standard crown but more a complete 65/22 or 23 transmission.
