Has anyone had problems bleeding a PM tuning billet caliper on a PX disc set up. Tried everything, still can't get it even using an easy bleed. Put the standard caliper back on and it bleeds easy so I know it's the caliper. Can anyone help?

Bleed nipped blocked? Take it right out see if fluid comes through?

I have an SIP billet caliper on my Zip front wheel conversion, I had to use a syringe (blagged from the chemists) to suck the fluid through.

I discarded the ball style nipple on the SIP caliper after spending hours and about 2 litres of brake fluid trying to bleed it.

Make sure your bleed nipple is actually sealing and worth trying to fill from the bottom up.

Everything seems clear but I can't pull or push fluid through it. There's two small grub bolts on the caliper I can't see what they're for, I wonder if they have anything to do with it ?

Did you get sorted in the end?
Got same issues, had a bit of a brake for a year or two, thought I’d have another go but now I’ve no brake
Any tips with this pm calliper?

Funnily enough I’ve just been trying again tonight with a different scooter. Same problem. I think it’s the bleed screw itself not sealing properly, slacken it off 1/4 of a turn pump the brake and I can see fluid coming out through the nipples thread
God knows I’ll see if I can get another nipple
