Just finished installing all the wiring got the SIP speedo on my PX, great fun!!
All lights are on so looks good but instead of running the engine continuously whilst I'm setting up can I connect to a 12V car battery and enjoy the warmth of the garage rather than do it with the door open!
My electrical skills aren't great but in my head I reckon it should work, I'm thinking of running a in line fuse on the positive from the battery and earthing to the frame, on a Vespa what power wire would I use?
Any advice would be great

If you look in the SIP manual it will show you how to wire up the speedo if your scooter has a battery just connect the battery to the live input wire.
