Jetting phbh 28mm

Hi guys just built engine malossi 180cc
Put a Delly phbh 28 built in powerjet on it , bike starts but won't rev like chokes stuck ony jets are
Bf3
60
50
135
Bn270
Slide 45
Any advice would help

Revs out with filter off

Took filter off run it around block bit erratic low down once past 25 mph goes well

If the bn270 is the atomiser, then I have never seen one of those, probably for a 4 stroke. In a PHBH on a 2 stroke, most use an AV atomiser for normal kits but an AS atomiser if you have something that revs a higher than the usual. 270 is way too big for a 225 MHR. I would start the jetting with an AS264 atomiser.

something along these lines i`d say for a starters...

Main jet: 130- 134
Idle jet: 50 - 55
Needle: x7 - x13
Needle clip position: testing needed, start with 2nd from top
Needle Jet: av264 - av266
Slide: 40
