Not for me, but...Anyone know if it's possible to convert a 4t geared LML to a 4t auto, and whats involved?

Anything's possible, but that wouldn't be an easy one. The 4T manual LML has a monocoque frame almost identical to a 2T LML or PX. The auto has a conventional tubular frame at the rear, and the whole rear bodywork section behind the footboards lifts right off.

Don't give up so easy. Check this thread out search.php?st=0&sk=t&sd=d&sr=posts&keyw ... d&start=20

He used a standard px engine but the fabrication would allow for an auto. He's done a couple more with the backend chopped off and the cost doesn't seem too prohibitive. The fibreglass rear ends are available on ebay or the metal section taken off could be reattached.

Plenty of room under them wide arsed rear-ends of a PX.

The LML 4T and the Auto both have subframes under the rear end. The whole rear end lifts off. There are a few pics of what they look on Google...
