My t 5 classic lurches forward when pulling away
Any ideas
T 5 clutch
They don't have a reverse gear if that's what your asking

Is it used regularly? If not it could be the clutch plates sticking together, then releasing suddenly causing the 'lurch'.jonboy wrote:My t 5 classic lurches forward when pulling away

Or, the plates could be worn and need replaced?
new plates fresh oil fresh inner cable sorted soak plates overnight in a plastic bag i find best

A big part of this problem is the springs being done, change plates and springs together preferably piaggio genuine parts.
Otherwise buy complete new clutch unit plug and play.
