PX125 Stuck In Gear

from your description, sounds like the cruciform has worked its way loose, or threaded. a job which needs the casings split. there are a couple of dvd's out about general maintenance & splitting casings worth buying or you can can use youtube, plenty of videos on there about general work on a PX. I prefer the dvd's.

I'm surprised the problem wasn't cable related. In the past I've had gear cables fray in such a way that allows smooth movement in one direction but no movement the other way. I think it's when a broken strand catches the outer and prevents return.

Cheers guys. Garage called me today to say piaggio signed the work off to be done under warranty. Hopefully get it back in the next few days.
