longstroke polini set up

Hi guys i am just putting together bits to build a long stroke polini (px 180)
so got polini 180cc kit cast type, t5 24mm carb, 22 tooth cosa clutch, standard px 125 gear box, standard ignition,

question is which crank to use? So many to choose from, plus any thing else i should be doing

on the 200 block i was very impressed with the pinasco crank. very well balanced and smooth and well finished compared to a mazz cut and flowed crank.
