vespa t5 standard barral options
i have a spare t5 standard barral and head are they any up grade/conversions available?

Hi ducksta, I had a T5 cylinder sleeved by MB years ago. It used a Kawasaki jet ski piston and gave a cc of 190. It also came with the benefit of a lot of oversizes for the future. I don't think MB does this service anymore but I know Kegra do something along the same lines. Not cheap but a nice conversion.

You could steel line it and fit a suzuki ts piston (needs a window cutting in) and do some porting works. Head needs profiling to suit the jap piston crown.
