Barrel and piston back from the workshop.
New timing with the 2,5 m packer under:
T:110°
E: 148°
I: 109-45° makes 154°
I need to rise the exhaust up to 160°. It's about 2,1mm to be removed.
BD:25°
I've got almost 4mm squish now. Guess it needs a good skimming job to get 0,85mm...

Main casing done and ported:

But got a prob with the right casing. A welding bubble has passed through where the stator takes place. There is a chamfered flat at this place where the wall is very thin.

leak fixed with a putty of epoxy.

Exhaust port done. Only 160° but this small engine needs to keep enough guts at low revs... Keep in mind it's 130° on a std barrel....

Head bolted on with a real squish band. Not the case with the original head.

Engine rebuilding is about to begin.

Had to reshape (a bit) the head. Squish clearance between head and piston wasn't good with a negative angle at one step.
