Cominig on power at 5500rpm you would already need to redline 3rd to pull 4th. I think 126 degrees is about the road rideable limit for the PX200 gearbox(with t5 4th). Any more and you begin to lose too much bottom end pull. And as joked about earlier, with a longer duration than 126 the peak power on the dyno does increase but the scooter wont ride so well on the road, as the power band will be too narrow for a motor with only 4 gears.
And with 138/198 you would need to think about a 50 Special gearbox!

Looks like the new exhaust are a magic wand (Nordspeed, Pipedeing, S & S, ....)

Malossi mhr kit turned up looks nice
tried base gasket against casings not any different than previous kit ????
Tried base gasket against cylinder it doesn't match £300 on a new kit and they supply old stock base gaskets !!!!
Only in the world of scootering hahaha

Back to the point ,,,
Ive just replaced my water cooled cylinder head for a SIP item ..... F**k what a difference!!! Mine was modified to suite a Malossi cylinder but has had some battle scars and casting marks but the new billet one ive fitted has transformed my machine even more...
Ive managed to put some more miles on it and pretty happy with MY RUNNING in .....now for the fun to begin.....race anyone :lol:

Is the SIP head water cooled too?

Yes it is... wasn't really looking for one as mine was doing the job BUT just happened to find one ..
Im running the serie pro reed crank and ive welded the big end pin just in case !!!!!! :o
