Cominig on power at 5500rpm you would already need to redline 3rd to pull 4th. I think 126 degrees is about the road rideable limit for the PX200 gearbox(with t5 4th). Any more and you begin to lose too much bottom end pull. And as joked about earlier, with a longer duration than 126 the peak power on the dyno does increase but the scooter wont ride so well on the road, as the power band will be too narrow for a motor with only 4 gears.
And with 138/198 you would need to think about a 50 Special gearbox!

tried base gasket against casings not any different than previous kit ????
Tried base gasket against cylinder it doesn't match £300 on a new kit and they supply old stock base gaskets !!!!
Only in the world of scootering hahaha

This thread and many others; if want to feck up or compromise own engine then fine but keep posting this nonsense, others will believe it to be true!
Said it, been bugging me, not even had a drink!
Before you ask.....don't ask.
