hi,
just converting my wifes 90 and have got a 125 barrel 19mm carb and sports exhaust, i am about to put in a 4 speed box and would like to know if i should up the primary gears from the 90 to the primavera?would this give her a usable bike that still pulls without revvimg to much?

You can use the smallie gearing calculator link on this site to see the differences but I would fit the Primmy primaries.

i wouldnt use the 90 primarys as they are far too short, the primmy/pk125 primarys will be fine, they are 24/61, another option is 27/69, a little shorter than 24/61
