Standard carb, crank & clutch, SIP Road 2, casings ported to match base gasket, timeing 18 degrees, squish 1.4mm. Just had it on Darrell Taylors dyno at the York SC do [very nice knowledgeable fella is Darrell] and he said it was jetted perfect for road use, ever so slightly rich all the way through without it being noticeable. 13.5 bhp, a standard P200 iron barrel went on and showed 8.5bhp, my carb settings are standard apart from my main, Air corrector 160, atomiser BE3, Pilot 55/160, main 135, hope this is of some use to someone as a starting point, have fun.

That is a good uplift in bhp! What sort of top speed is it putting out?

50% increase for £350 aint bad Martin, but its not about HP for me these days, I just want a nice, reliable, relatively cheap, easy ride, which I dont have to strip down and check every winter, which it seems I have. Top speed, TBH I dont know Martin, what I do know is it pulls from 20 - 70 in 4th gear LOL.

I know what you mean eibargum. 55 to 60mph is well fast enough for me these days, but it is the low down power that is nice to have! Just put a Casa 185 kit on my LI150 S, and it is really comforting to know that if necessary, I can overtake without worrying if I will get round!
