Webster tuning manual
Could someone please give me the specs for the suzuki 200 in webster tuning manual ie ,port hights , hight above ports ,piston skirt length and timings in degrees,i would like to compare to what i allready have done .cheers daz.

Barrel - Sx GP 200 Height - 99mm (2mm off top)
Piston - Suzuki RM 250 Compression Height - 37mm
Skirt length 66mm ( cut both sides)
Conrod Li150 - length 107mm
Timings - Exhaust 180 Port Height - 25mm Height over port - 34mm
Transfer - 130 " - 14mm " - 45mm
Inlet - 170 " - 28mm " - 70mm
Dwell - 45

Bofs ,thanks for your help,cant seem to find my webster manual ,i see you are based in ireland , i live in south australia,i have been riding and tuning lambrettas over here for 25 years,there are loads of irish people living over here and st pats day is one of my favorite p155 ups, they block a few streets off in the city [adelaide] for it ,australians love to drink . thanks again, daz , Lambretta club of south australia.
