Rapido 250 jetting?

I was running a Rapido 225 with Tino's Ancillotti,30mm PHBH,
and Cam Lam's big remote filter.

having:

120 main
53 pilot, 2.5 turns out
AV 264
X13

Now I've changed to a Rapido 250 with a 48mm big bore exhaust,
other specs the same.

I've increased pilot to 55,(with 1 and 3/4 turns out)
and main to 125.

Isn't usually normal, to keep the same atomiser and needle?
Seeing the AF carb chart,they only change the main jet from 225 to 250 engines.
