David i took my engine and nick (Cezeta for technical expertise :ugeek: ) to Mark on friday for a simular 255 conversion,
now he has practiced on darrell's he should be able to turn it out in 3 or 4 weeks!!!!
What were the revs at the speeds you saw today, agreed with mark to stick with 17-46 and Italian Li150 for me and not 18-46 unless i lost 15kg

well done Darrel, I'm really pleased for you having gone to all that effort and letting your motor be the r and d motor for the rest of us to benefit from. EVERYONE is saying what a great motor you have so I'm genuinely chuffed for you.

fortunately you don't keep any thing for more than a year so bagsy its mine :frog:

i did see some 70mm webs up at mbd s the other day.......mmmmm?

well done folks and mr B of course....... :D
81.1 mph is well respectable.......
and so with a little more stretch of road, favourable conditions ,a bit more adjustments, and maybe a lighter more areodynamic rider with head down.....my guess may well be obtainable ....

Ha Ha......... no problem.

Let me know when you get the motor back and I'll pop round. I can give you my carb settings as and when, might save some time, bear in mind that I'm running the modified LTH manifold, not sure if you're having the same ?

If you fancy a spin sometime, again give me a shout, you're more than welcome.

All the best
