If you're starting from frame only, attach the spring to both mounting points then attach the stand hooks splash plate ,nuts and bolts on at a time (Is a bit fiddly but the best way I've found so far). I put a blob of grease into the stand hooks first for lubrication.........

Any use :?: :?: :?:

I'm with Rog on this. No chance of miffed up knuckles because the spring stretcher/ spring pryer/big 'ol screwdriver slipped.
That's not going anywhere...
