Evening,

I was on 'you tube' the other night watching lambretta videos, and stumbled upon

the the scootrs electric start lammy..

sorry for going over old ground as i'm sure this has been talked about...

can anyone enlighten me please.. is it worth it?

is it exspensive?
is it hard to fit and build?

Dave Briggs,
Hi dave, is it worth the hassle? what have you in mind?

Twin, surely you can get a motor to suit have you exstenively looked?

Anyway why would you show something off knowing loads would want then not sell, sounds daft to me,

scootrs have remade other things to date, recast hubs, tubeless rims and sold them on.. :? :?

An 80's scooter boy from Liverpool, bought a scooter from Vietnam last year with an Electric start fitted and It really looked the part and started every time off the button. I think he payed £2600 for the scooter, If you need any more Info I will track him down and If I can get a photo of the scoot, I will post it on here.

j1ms, some pics from your mates scootrs lammy would be nice.... just been on scoot help,

looks great but is this the way scootrs have done it aswell,

just curious how they've managed it..

surely they can sell a kit to have this done either by yourself or a scooter specialist..
