This is probably a very stooo-pid question, but do all Lambretta seats use the same fixings?

Want to swap from this style http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/LAMBRETTA-ANCILLO ... 286.c0.m14 to an Ancillotti slope back, what will I need to change ?
If you've got the seat latch to match the seat just bolt on,no problem
