Tips on rear brake cable

When Martin Leech (Knowledge) was making them, he made them in 2.5mm and 3mm.

It was incredibly easy to pull the cable tighter from the foot pedal side. I just loosened the nut, pulled the cable with some pliers, and tightened it back down. Have solid braking now!

Not on a budget and it was a bgm one that failed , i,ve got some fitted on a few of my scooters and have also in the past and never had a problem , probably just a faulty / one off ?

Worth checking if the lever on the engine is actually on the correct spline. I was cursing one of the qr cables recently that was too long when I realised I'd actually fitted the lever one spline too far forward. Dope.

I'm glad I always take a few extra looks before complaining these days.
