Gents, im building a 200 with an Italian Li 150 gearbox, it will run a 30mm del thru a bgm clubman, what final drive ratio would work? I never ride 2 up.

SX 200 is a good ratio IMO to suit a 200, which is 4.8.

Just by adding a 16T front sprocket to your Li150 'box you'll get 4.9 which is a little lower overall, but the right place to be, rather than over geared. You might even find that too low, which would mean your engine could pull higher. That is a good thing to discover, even if there's work involved IMO :D

I've a similar set up and mine will pull 17-47 (4.7) I tried with 16-46 (4.9) and it was very good, I only swapped because I had the sprockets. Had I of had to buy new sprockets I'd not have bothered it isn't £100 better!
