My LI 150, with Casa 185 kit, runs really well with a 42mm AF Clubman fitted, but I find it a tad too loud! I know loud pipes saves lives, but I am fed up of setting dogs off barking, folks turning around to see what's coming, etc.Has anyone adapted one to fit an end can/muffler, and if so, how, and did it quieten it down? Tia.
any link ? cant find it in their catalogue.

I saw your post on Faceache and was also interested.
I was hoping you would get an answer for this.
The other problem i have, the tail pipe is angled upwards.
This causes black oily deposits to end up all over the back of the side panel.
I am sure im running too rich and a bit too much oil. But i prefer slightly rich than weak. And i should look at the jetting.
I did consider cutting it and angling it down.
Reading some threads on here though...it would seem that restricting the tail pipe with a smaller diameter can cause a heat build up and seizures.

I have emailed Torbaylambrettas today. They replied and suggested that the flared tail pipe of the AF Rayspeed clubman would be a problem. I have emailed back and asked for the dimensions of the bgm tail pipe to see if it would be feasible to modify an AF one. I will post their reply in due course.wrecklessrobbie wrote: ↑Mon Jan 20, 2020 7:24 pm I saw your post on Faceache and was also interested.

Would reducing your exhaust port timing cut the noise enough?
