It looks nice in the photo but I think it’s still really new so not many on the road yet. If you run it with a 22 carb and stock pipe I suspect it will feel like a stock 200. What do you run on your mugello?

It looks the same as a Casa kit to me. I imagine it performs much the same too.

blimey..... . how fast do you want to go around town ?

if your Mugello185 isn't fast enough there must be something wrong with your setup or tuning surely.
have you carried out any acceleration speed tests using a GPS or fone app?

Hi mate, did you go for this kit? If so, how was it and did you change anything else?

I've just built one for someone but never ridden it. Here's my summary.

Ring gap and piston to bore clearance good out of the box.

Using 58/107 crank, squish was around 1.2mm with supplied base gasket.

Piston was about 2mm above exhaust port at BDC, but no rings showing.

Nice centre squish head. Really like the way it centralised.

4 transfers plus a boost port.

Inlet about 145 degree inlet and exhaust about 175. These were very rough measurements.

Nice thin rings. Weirdly supplied with 2 types of piston circlips.

Generally a nice kit and I'd say stonking value at £320.

Looks really good if you don't travel far. I'm considering one for myself.

Piston 2mm above exhaust port, wonder how it would go with a 60/110 crank 🤔

I have had one of these kits one now for almost 1,000 miles and it compares well with the Casa 185 kit.
