Hello
I have a TS1. I want to drive with a crankshaft 60x116.
The TS1 is machined at the exhaust port 1.5mm to the top.
My porttimings are 192 ex and 124 tp with the crankshaft.
I have a piston with 30 crown.
My piston is 0.5mm below dc.
What can i do to lower the exhaust duration?

I have measured from top of the cylinder to exhaust : 31mm
from top of the cylinder to transfer : 45mm

Have you had a look at the port timings calculator on Lambretta images archive webpage

you could machine the base of the cylinder to reduce exhaust timing
