Hi dudes

Which petrol tap joint are you guys using, I'm sick to death of them breaking or vibrating themselves to bits!

Just using a standard one like this,never had a problem.

Yep used those before more often than not they snap.

Thanks for that though.

I'm currently using one I bought from a well known dealer which as always has fallen to bit ffs.

MB scooters do one in stainless , but if your fuel tap is not straight they will break . Guess your using a big carb on the left hand side

I wouldn't call a 25 mil dellorto a big carb!

Same here. Many carb set ups with various extreme angles, never had one break. I have some original italian ones still in use on my dl with a phbh carb.

Is there something going on with the pins you’re using? Maybe they are too big and cause the joint to bind?
