Nearly finished my TV engine rebuild . MB Indian 215 kit . 60 x 110 BGM crank , 15 x 46 gearing , 24 mm spaco through hi flow filter . I’ve got a BGM V4 on my imola and it’s great , fair play . Shall I get another for the TV or the Ex box ?? It’s got to be standard-ish looking ,,,, ? Cheers

Bgm is good enough and cheaper. I'd tend to want an ex box on a high reving, high capacity motor because of the larger tail pipe. Otherwise I'd stick with bgm.

What sort of revs are both pipes getting to?

My ex box revs past 9000rpm but peaks at 6500. I think the peak is early due to ignition retard. My old bgm peaked at 7000 but I can't honestly remember how far it reved past. Not far though; I'd guess 8000 at the most.
