Had the blasting done by Classic and Custom Vapour Blasting and i'm really pleased with the result!

Take out the kickstart bush, gearshift arm bush and gear cluster track as the blasting media will be hiding in the gaps just waiting to get into your engine, also chase all the threads with a tap.

Yes they're all going to be replaced anyway

Good job.

I had my casing, side casing and mag housing vapour blasted recently. Looks far better.

I've had quite a few cases done so far. Italian and Spanish ones come out great but Indian ones didn't due to the impurities in the metal. I've got a few more Italian and Spanish ones to do but in future I'll get Indian ones powder coated instead.
