Hi chaps
Im sick of the rear tail light bulb blowing on my GP 200 TS1 , dont have a problem with any of the other bulbs , is there a fix for this or is just down to vibration ? Wondering if the LED conversion would cure this ? Im running an AC stator ...cheers

If it coincides with you using the dip switch it could be that that's faulty. Or maybe a faulty connection that puts the headlight out long enough too blow the back light bulb.

Is this a 12v AC conversion or standard factory set-up.

In that case, I suspect there's a little too much voltage coming from the reg. and as 'tractorman' said. There is a momentary peak and the lamp filament blows.
Buy yourself a LED conversion bulb, it should cure it.

Agree it is likely a voltage peak, but if it is caused by vibration, an old trick is to put two or three small dabs of silicone round the metal casing to act as a damper.
