Any thoughts appreciated.
Standard Li150 gearbox. Goes through the gears static. Goes through the gears when riding, except, finding neutral when slowing down. It's really difficult, end up struggling between first and second before double-handed wrench into neutral.

A bit more info. It's none of the obvious things. It's been like it since I built the engine over a year ago. Initially I thought (hoped) it would ease as the scooter was used. Perhaps a sharp edge in there somewhere was snagging? But no change after more than 1200 miles.

maybe the cursor is stiff on the layshaft, did you test fit it and made sure it would slide backwards and forwards freely, before the spring and balls where installed ?
