Ive just done Isle of Wight on mine, albeit an MB tuned 235 version of it. Great kit done probably 5k on it up to now still feels new with lots of compression, a far cry from the Mugello/Suzuki kit i was running last year that started rattling early on and was knackered at 4k.

I bought mine because there didn't seem to be any decent 200 kits around that I wasn't prepared to pay an arm and a leg for. Just that extra few cc makes an enormous difference. So much so that I'm now using my original TV200 gearbox. What's not to like really? It's smooth, has the power and doesn't seem to be any less economical than my old cast barrel.

Nothing fancy Glyn. I'm using a 22mm carb, Scootopia Clubman and a 47 rear sprocket. So you can see there is scope there to get more out of it. Even so, it's the fastest scooter I've had.

I have 16/46 on mine but was wondering if its worth trying something else. Have a jet200 gearbox in mine.

I think mine would quite happily take an expansion pipe. It would probably transform it.
