lambretta - serveta unique prototype discovered:

rx300e , electric start, late 89 prototype model.
from eibar- factory "orbar".
unknown yet if 300cc, don´t think so. got its name maybe from "300 lightyears away from
bertone"... :mrgreen:

more details soon when interview with present owner..

all in all, this "monster" seemed to be a stage on the way to the amiga scooter.
note : loads of components remain basic late-lince-type items: seat, headset, engine, forks without "amiga"-plastic-covers...
but: amiga-type choke and fuel-tap
strange: "early" lince thin main stand and stand feet, not thick p-range-type...

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!! Thats what I keep telling myself with my Series 80 and on a Saturday night when I have my beer goggles on!!! It's individual, unique, maybe not so easy on the untrained eye but surely ain't any uglier than a plastic twist n go or some of the cut-downs that I've seen butchered and raped!!! how very dare me!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :frog:

errrrr........ i like it! "cos it"s different! and i like lammy polo"s, and have a soft spot for vespa COSA"s , and other shite that kicks against the norm. COSA and sidecar anyone? proper 80"s tastic............. and ugly BAJA"s ....... with the placcy horncast... quality! stick a TS1 in it! :lol:
