Hi, rebuilding a tv175 s3 but do not have the original jug. I dont want to build a road warrior as I already have one of those. Was going to put on the Gori 175 kit, but it looks like the 200 kit has more or less replaced that. If it uses standard case studs, how have they managed to keep the cylinder walls thick enough? I'm in Canada, and this kit is largely unknown in NA. Has anyone put serious miles on it yet and can comment on it?

I have what I think is called the sport one on my riverside. Walls looked a little on the thin side at the base but not enough to worry about. What got me was the intake port was huge and the bore clearance was a little on the big side out of the box (would have liked it to be closer to .0035" but it was .0045"-.005").

Go for the 175 kit. I was looking at one recently and it's a beautiful bit of work.

My brother has a gori race cylinder kit on his series 2 and it's been unbreakable! He's done euro's 2 up with luggage, a great mile muncher. Can't praise it enough. It's never seized on him but he did break it in properly.
